Altenew Build-A-Flower: Bellflower Release Blog Hop + Giveaway
Hey, there! Thank you so much for coming by my stop on the Altenew Bellflower Build-A-Flower hop. I know you've already seen lots of inspiration but we're not through just yet! I've created something fun today using a decoupage die cutting technique. Check it out here in my video:
GIVEAWAY DETAILS: To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $30 gift certificate to 6 lucky winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or Altenew Scrapbook Blog for a chance to win. We’ll also draw a winner to receive a $15 gift certificate from the comments left on each designer’s blog on the blog hop list below. All winners will be announced on the Altenew blogs on 8/10/2019.
It's such a fun technique and a great way to switch up how you utilize your layering stamps. In case you missed it in the video, here's the full view of my decoupage card.
To show the simple beauty of this layer set, I also created a very clean card inspired by a piece of art I saw featuring a Bellflower.
To create the curve of the stem, I simply used my MISTI stamping tool and curved the stamp itself on the door of the MISTI. I also added a few leaves from the Basic Blooms stamp set to help create more interest to the composition of the card.
Don't forget to continue hopping along, making sure to comment on each stop for your chance to win the prizes mentioned above! Your next stop on the hop is my good friend Jenny Colacicco. I just know her projects are going to WOW you!
