Altenew Build-A-Flower: Canterbury Bells Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

by - March 01, 2020

Hello crafty friends! Thank you so much for stopping by my stop on the new Build-A-Flower blog hop. We're welcoming Canterbury Bells into the BAF family and I can't wait to show you the gorgeous detail and design that this set has to offer. I'd love to share a video from my Lovely Layering series on the Altenew YouTube channel featuring this set and how to get the most from the  layering guides on the backside of the inserts.

Let's get into prizes, shall we? To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $30 gift certificate to 5 lucky winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or Altenew Scrapbook Blog for a chance to win. We’ll also draw a winner to receive a $15 gift certificate from the comments left on each designer’s blog on the blog hop list below. All winners will be announced on the Altenew blogs on 03/08/2020.

I love simplicity in cards, so when I decided to use this bright pink palette for the layered flowers, I knew I'd plan to keep the rest very simple. I'm in love with the new Fancy For You die from the latest Altenew stand-alone die release, and the flourishes add a perfect touch to this stark white background.

Because I chose for the flower to come in from off of the panel, I trimmed the excess that was hanging off and used that piece to adorn the left side of the card front. I love that it adds a little something and that I was able to use what would otherwise have been thrown away.

As always you can find all of the product links just below the hop list. Your next stop is the super talented Kelly Griglione
Thank you so much for stopping by! Be sure to leave a comment for your chance to win, and I'll see you again very soon!
