Altenew March 2020 Stamp/Die/Stencil Release Blog Hop + Giveaway
Hello crafty friends! Welcome to my stop on the Altenew March 2020 Stamp/Die/Stencil release. I've got a couple fun projects to share with you today using some of my favorite new sets available today. We're going to jump right in, but first, let me take just a minute to remind you that during this tough and trying time, you are not alone. We're all going through this together and the crafting community is a welcoming and loving one. Be safe, smart, and kind to one another. These are the times that kindness matters the most.
Let's start with what is sure to be a fast favorite for all of us floral lovers. The Fabulous Florets Stamp and coordinating Die set is my favorite type of set because it includes both layering stamps and outline stamps. If you've ever visited my blog before, you'll know the ability to color in outline stamps but also use layered stamping as an option is something I rave about. It really stretches the uses of a set and allows you the most creative freedom.
Let's talk about prizes! It's always one of my favorite parts of these hops, and there's a good chance it's one of yours, too! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 6 lucky winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or Altenew Scrapbook Blog by 3/22/2020 for a chance to win. We’ll also draw a winner to receive a $20 gift certificate from the comments left on each designer’s blog on the blog hop list below. All winners will be announced on the Altenew blogs on 3/24/2020.
For my next project, I have a very different type of card than my usual style. When I first saw this All Things Orange stamp set, I'l admit, I was confused. I saw a beautiful flower branch, mountains, a sun...or was that an orange? Then it all clicked, it's all of those things! So many scenes and designs are possible with this set. I decided to create a beautiful mountain sunset scene with several stamps included in the set. My favorite aspect of these stamps is perhaps the realistic look it gives when combined into one scene like they are here.
I hope that you've enjoyed seeing how I used a few of my favorite sets from the newest Altenew release. I'd love to know which set from the release is your favorite! Be sure to leave a comment before continuing on to your next stop, which is the incredible Sveta Fotinia
You can find the full hop list just below the product links! Thank you so much for stopping by, I'll see you again soon!
